Leslie Lucas has been involved in the swimming community for over 15 years.  She is the mom of 3 swimmers and after going through the college swimming search with them and several friends, she began consulting professionally.  Leslie has helped swimmers find the right fit at all levels (JC, NAIA, DI, DII and DIII) at colleges all over the country. 

Knowing that each swimmer is unique, she takes the time to really get to know the wants and needs of her clients.  With that knowledge, she then conducts extensive research to ensure that her clients have a customized list of colleges to contact that have the highest likelihood of being a match academically and athletically.
